Delivery Information

Ordering online is easy

• Select the products and quantity you require.
• Enter your details including the delivery address and the shipping, if applicable, will be added to the total value of goods.
• Select your payment method
• ​All major credit/debit cards accepted
• We use PayPal for our payment gateway.
• You do not require a PayPal account for payment

Most of our orders are shipped the same working day if the order is placed before 1.30pm.

Orders are not dispatched at the weekends or Bank Holidays

Occasionally back orders may occur and we will contact you if your order is likely to take longer than 5 working days to arrive.

UK Shipping

• Free delivery on orders over £75.00* - Restrictions apply

• *Surcharge may apply on certain products to the Scottish Highlands, isles off the UK mainland, Northern Ireland
• *Free delivery only applies to orders in the same transaction

UK mainland: start from £2.50 up to maximum of £17.50 for 25kgs for orders below £75.00

Exceptions to this rule include palleted or oversized items which may incur additional costs.

We use the Royal Mail for smaller parcels up to 4kg, Parcelforce or DHL for parcels over 4kg.

Delivery normally takes approx. 1-3 days

Courier delivery options may not be available on certain products to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all Isles off the UK mainland.

If you live in these areas, a delivery surcharge may be applied on certain items or due to the weight/size of parcel. The surcharge will be applied at the checkout stage.
